S.P.E.A.K. Test Review

How is S.P.E.A.K. Test conducted?

The S.P.E.A.K. Test is administered in a language lab environment where you will speak into a microphone, in front of a computer equipped with a camera. During the test, responses to questions heard over the headsets are captured through both audio and video recording. The S.P.E.A.K. Test lasts approximately 15-20 minutes and consists of five to seven questions, each of which asks that the applicant respond with appropriate answers or discussion. You will be allowed 60-90 seconds to answer each question.

How long is the review?

The review runs for 2 weeks to meet the required dates of examination which usually ranges from 30-45 days from the receipt of the notice from the Canadian Embassy.

What is covered in the S.P.E.A.K. Test?

Caregiving knowledge and skills, and fluency in English.

Where is the venue for S.P.E.A.K. Test?

It will be held in the Philippine Interactive Audiotext Services Inc (PIASI). If you have received your notice of S.P.E.A.K. Test, don't book your exam since you have not yet started your review. We will be the one to schedule it for you.

When can I start the review?

Enrollment is continuous and on-going because our program is on a per module basis. You can enroll anytime from Monday through Saturday and start your review at the next opening of a scheduled module.
