Asia-Pacific Caregiver & Healthcare Center (APC & HTC) is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with the Keyin College designed to help meet the need of in-demand human resources in sectors deemed critical by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada: Personal Care Attendant and Home Support Worker.

APC & HTC and Keyin College have signed a Memorandum of Understanding focused on the joint delivery of education and training for students wishing to pursue a career in Newfoundland and Labrador in the following capacities: personal care attendant and home support worker.

Our partner, will provide best in class education, training and career opportunities and provide local employers with access to a new wave of well-trained, highly-capable, and fully-screened candidates. With a more than 42-year history delivering high quality, community-minded education, Keyin College has produced tens of thousands of skilled workers to support key sectors of the province’s economy over the years and continues to be well positioned to help address current worker shortages in healthcare.

“Increasingly we are living and working in a global community, where Newfoundland and Labrador is uniquely positioned to address its worker shortages through local and international collaboration opportunities,” said Craig Tucker, President of Keyin College. “As the province’s largest private college, we are thrilled to sign this new Memorandum of Understanding to provide in-demand curriculums jointly with APC & HTC that not only meet and exceed training standards, but also produce much-needed graduates who are work-ready.”
